Weller Designs and Feilden + Mawson LLP Architects have worked together on projects including the prestigious 18-hole relocation of Basingstoke Golf Club.

Together, we offer a unique, tailored, end-to-end service that can quickly and efficiently identify potential options for golf clubs to continue the prime desire for enjoyable golf without financial concerns.

Both companies have vast experience in leisure development and land development in general. Both are creative and practical with no need for the golf club to seek an array of expensive consultants to undertake a feasibility study.

Weller Designs Ltd is a leading international sports, leisure and golf course design company working across the UK and Europe. It was established in 1998 by directors Bruce and David Weller.

We want golf to flourish at every level, from the grassroots public pitch and putt to the best Members’ courses in the country. However, they all need to be sustainable as businesses to flourish.

At Weller Designs we offer something different from other design consultants; while designing golf courses is our primary skill, we use our broad planning and consultancy skills to allow clients to look at the bigger business picture.

We are practical and have the business acumen golf clubs often aspire to when needing advice to identify and realise opportunities.

Feilden + Mawson LLP was founded in 1956, and their offices in London, Cambridge, Norwich and Prague have established reputations for delivering buildings designed with sensitivity and skill, combined with the highest standards of service to clients.

Emily Barnston has been with Feilden + Mawson since 1996 and specialises in masterplanning, leisure and residential. A partner since 2008, Emily has worked with Weller Designs on Basingstoke Golf Club and has consulted with them on several other projects.
